Purpose of the Device
The Barra Fusion is a battery-powered indoor and outdoor asset tracker designed for large-scale visibility of containers, pallets, tools, equipment, and returnable transport assets. The device combines high-accuracy GNSS positioning, Wi-Fi location scanning, and cellular network positioning to provide reliable location information, which is automatically transmitted to the BOX ID Cloud.

Installation
For detailed installation instructions, see How to mount a Barra Tracker.
- Select a suitable mounting location on the asset.
- Secure the device using screws, rivets, cable ties, or other appropriate mounting methods.
- The tracker automatically connects to the cellular network and begins reporting to the BOX ID platform.
Operation & Maintenance
- No regular user maintenance required.
- Battery status can be monitored remotely through the BOX ID platform.
- Firmware updates and configuration changes can be deployed remotely.
- Replace batteries when low-battery notifications are received.
